Lifts & Levels - Clearance Data

I'm a bit of a data whore and tend to research/lurk first trying to find data. However, a common "issue" is consolidating data to make clearer and more informed decisions. This is my attempt at doing such:

I'll update this main post as info is given and/or let it die if this makes no sense to anyone but me. As far as I can tell the different packages/trims don't impact the heights of some of these but I'm not sure if the 5.0's make a difference yet - will update as needed. If there's any other relevant data I missed please let me know. Biggest thing for me personally is overall height at the cab antennas for parking garages like airports but the rest might be useful or might be overkill.

I assume you're measuring the top of the opened tailgate and not the bottom. Correct?
