Looking into doing this under the truck. Pros/cons?

Anyone else have experience with it?

would not spray a hard coating under truck (if that is what they use) asking for problems later down the road. Something like fluid film, wool wax, surface shield would be the best thing

I'm having both done too. I plan to keep it for a while and a lot of salt is usually spread here in the winter. Linex has some good videos of the service online. I'll take the added protection whatever it is. The shop here was offering $100 off the package if you get them both. I've never spent so much money on something I don't even own.

Have you heard of any issues of the chipping and rusting? I also have salt everywhere in the winter.

had a 2014 f150 prior to tremor, fluid film every fall and zero rust on frame or body driving on MN roads

I’m looking at this as well, seems like a pretty good way to keep all the damn salt off the bottom of the truck.

Does the asphalt chip and cause moisture build up and then corrosion and rust potentially?

i did it myself with the following kit
https://www.woolwaxusa.com/Woolwax®-Pro-Undercoating-Gun-with-3-bottles-empty-and-2-flexible-extension-wands_p_16.html

bought a gallon of fluid film and started spraying. lots of youtube videos on the process.

Has anyone done this to their Tremor? I’ve heard of codes getting thrown? Just curious, I’m interested but don’t want to screw something up long term.
