I’ve been pretty set on getting a revolver cover but reviews aren’t great with durability. Talked to a dealer and he dropped them due to the company no longer being allowed to use glue to comply with Kommiefornia’s wacky laws.

He recommended the Truxedo Sentry CT as an alternative. I’m not big on the canvas material. Looks like it would always have pollen and such trapped on it. It does get good reviews.

He had Lomax trifolds that look awesome. When I realized you can pop them off with no tools in a second it drew my attention. Not much out there review wise. It doesn’t flip up against the cab so if I need the whole bed, it needs to be off which isn’t really a problem.

Just wondering if anyone on this forum has used one and has an opinion.

Never seen one of those but I have a extang trifecta 2 which is a trifold with a fabric outer, it's 6 yrs old now,and still looks newish, it folds flat against the cab but can be removed in about 2 minutes, it's light and the thing I like about it is if the tailgate is locked you can't get it open, most of the others hardtops included can be opened in a matter of seconds with a coat hanger or wire. Yes you can cut through it but even then the space to still something is limited.

I have the same concern on the Sentry CT. I think I've settled on the Sentry that is the traditional vinyl type. I've ruled out the 3 section flip ups as I don't like all of the rubber trim around them and many of the reviews say they're not that weather tight. Also, they need to be completely open or completely closed. It's not advised to drive with them partially opened.
