Looking at the Ford schedule, there is not much change of fluids other than the oil.
Have a 2021 with 47k miles and no problems. Light daily driving. I change the oil every 5k, but havent done much else.
Should I get the other fluids changed at 50k, even though not recommended by Ford?

Yes, especially the transmission fluid and filter as well as the transfer case from what I have seen.

Tagging onto DF4801's question, does anyone have a reliable schedule they recommend for service for the 5.0?

Be smart and do said fluid changes much earlier than what any vehicle manufacturer recommends.
Below is what I did on my previous Lariat and I’m going to do the same on my TREMOR.
When it comes to the transmission, I alternate between a complete flush and a pan drop and new filter and I do this every 30K. I did this on my 2016 Lariat and I never had any transmission issues even after over 349K miles. Differential / transfer case fluid change every 30K. I also had my cooling system flushed 1-2 times a year and my brake system flushed once a year.
Oil change every 3K-4K…Full Synthetic.
Yes, some will say this is overkill but I just say you do you. 😎

Oil at 3K - I’m OCD, you could prob extend it to 5K if yhe truck isn’t working hard.

Differentials every 60K, or if you went through a huge puddle and are worried that some got in.

Transmission fluid every 30K - idc what ford or other’s say I’ve seen dozens of 10R80s fail before 60K because they were used heavy and didn’t get the proper care they needed. Most of us have the revised CDF drum from the ‘22 models and up, so it’s less of a concern. Still, change it early. Always remember to replace the filter too.

Other things I do:

Liquimoly engine flush every 25K before an oil change.
