Has anyone else had any issues with their media display? Almost dead center on my display is large smudge, 3 inches in diameter. Only visible when the screen is off, under the glass, no cleaner will remove. The pic doesn't really do the defect justice. But attached for your viewing pleasure.

I took it to the dealership yesterday and they agreed there is definitely something wrong. Pretty disappointed knowing they will have to replace it, mainly because it will require them to pull part of the dash to remove the old screen. These repairs are where rattles start!!

Really weird — wonder if the glass is just dirty on the other side where someone touched it during the assembly process? I think you will be ok with the fix — shouldn’t be any repair rattles.

Yeah, I have no idea. I did not notice it for the first couple of weeks, then the sun hit the glass just right as I cleaning the truck out and bam! Now that is all I can see.

Yep, that would trigger my OCD. Glad they can at least replace it. Don't worry about rattle because it's just one whole unit I think. I took apart the cover on the top to install my AutoStart Eliminator and things look pretty tight inside. Those clips that hold all of it together is pretty firm when it snaps back in.

I have similar dark spot issue with my windshield. It's somehow between the glass, and replacing the windshield is the only option I think. No thanks, I'll try to just ignore it...lol.
