Just put these on today. No rubbing and all seems well. It’s a slightly stiffer ride, but that’s to be expected going to E rated tires. Love the look of these tires. I could not notice any difference in road noise even though these are much more aggressive than stock.

Looks great. Is that no rub with a level? Specs say 34.5" tall so just about what I'm looking for to run with 18s.

I’m running the same tires but in a 305. Been really impressed with them early on.

Best looking A/T in my book by a bit.

Congrats on the new rubber!

Congrats on net set up, looks awesome!!

I think I’ll def try the Mickey Ts on next set as I almost pulled the trigger on them last month before going with the Yoko Geo MT. I’m sure they are quieter than these, which are not too bad for a true MT.

do you have pics of the 305's on your truck? did you level with them? if so which level?
trying to decide what size i want when mine comes. Had the boss's on my f250 when i sold it for the tremor. They were awesome the time i had them and agree the best looking at tire out there

Love the look! How much did this affect your fuel economy? I'd love to do these on mine, but I drive a lot and fuel prices are beginning to scare me. Haha.

I'm in the same boat... between these and toyo at3s but fk looking cool is important.

Looking at the 295/70R18 tires on the respective websites it looks like @Rydersim's M/T tires weigh 75 lbs each and the Toyo AT3 weighs 63 lbs. The 275/70R18 OEM General Grabbers weigh 46 lbs

Not sure yet, but I’m sure it will drop a bit. I’ll post back after a few weeks. I live 2 miles from work, so not a lot of miles to get a good feel.

How was your fuel economy and overall performance affected? I’ve been looking at these but noticed they’re the heaviest tires on the market.

The Mickey Thompsons are heavy tires, comparatively, but I’m hoping their size, tread and off-road performance outweigh (no pun intended) their effects on gas mileage, acceleration and cost.

Still don’t have the lift kit in front, so I can’t install these yet… although… with the factory rake, do you all think it’d look weird to just put the back ones on for now? 🤣

Some people say that this size will fit without a lift and no rubbing issue.

They should fit without lift, I'm running the same size in the Falken Wildpeak At3w and both show as similar diameter, I have had no issues at all with rubbing even when flexed out to the point the tire was almost coming off the ground on one side. But some of the trucks people are saying they have rubbing with the stock tires which I don't understand how that would be unless the have a loose liner.

So I spoke with someone at a 4x4 shop this week about the Baja Boss.. he mentioned they were very soft. Is this true.. and whats the pros / cons of harder vs softer tire?

They are soft, which lends itself to more grip than a harder compound tire in certain conditions, however that also leads to faster wear of the tire in certain conditions. If you want a good do it all tire that works fairly well in most conditions it is a good tire, the only issue I have with it is the fact that it is so heavy. It is at least 5lbs heavier than most other tires. Softer tires tend have better wet traction than a harder compound tire.
