I have a 2023 402a. In manual it shows a heated mirror button. But I can't find it. Surely this truck has heated mirrors.

Also. Jist noticed on back of cab. I'm space between bed, there are 2 square felt pads. 1 of mine is coming off. Just pushed it back on. Lol. What are those? Not eve. 1k on odo yet.

I believe the heated mirrors come on with the rear window defrost. ... if I am correct this also is one of the reasons the rear window defrost goes active when the truck thinks it cold into freezing temperatures.

Makes sense. I bought it in early January. And we had a cold spell in South Texas. I remember the mirrors melting the ice formation. Just not exactly sure how it did that. Maybe I had the defroster for the rear on.

Any idea what the square felt pads are on the rear of the cab?

They are sound insulators. Think they use an adhesive like carpet glue to put them on with.
