Mod bug in full swing!

Pro comp 2.5” installed this week along with a set of 295/70 116S recon grapplers (lightest weight tire I could find in that size). Didn’t want to kill the awesome ride of the truck with e rated/LT tires. So far so good! Rides just as smooth as factory, no noticeable difference in suspension feel other than sitting up higher. Going to be running the stock tremor wheels while waiting for my Welds to get here!

Also added AMP power steps. They are awesome.

@troy_bwell, do the amp research steps extend lower than the factory running boards? If so, by about how much?

Looks awesome. Leveling kit next for me! I really do not like mud flaps, yours look pretty low profile. are those Husky? I may actually get them and PPF on the rocker panels

They drop a good bit lower than stock. Which is what I was after. My kids are small and it was too rough and tall for them to get in and out easily

I've been considering the AMP steps. I'm 6'3 and usually just step up into the cab without using the step. But some times I feel like I need to and then I just feel like hom going to hit my head getting in the cab. I like the look of the stock step, just not the functionality. I think a lower step would be much better for me for the times that I actually do need the step and don't have to bend over half a mile before getting in the cab.

Do those tires feel stable while cornering? Discount Tire here quit carrying those in SL rating. Just curious on your thoughts on those after you have had them for a few weeks. Just got my 2" level installed and time to get new tires but do not want e-rated tires for what I am going to do with it.

Feels just alike stock. Which are the same rating.
