I just noticed this today. It hasn't been raining either, about mid 40s. Anybody else experience this. Ford should warranty this correct?

Warranty, yep!

I thought I read somewhere that the headlights are vented, and this is a normal thing, and the moisture will dissipate. I believe the manual covers it.

Happened on my 2017 f250 all time. Would damn near fog over the Lense so you could hardly see with headlights. According to ford cause they are vented, its "normal". Wont do anything about it

This is NOT a warranty claim. Fog in the lamps is normal - if the water beads up and rolls down the inside of the lens, then they will replace it under warranty. The headlamps and taillamps are not sealed anymore, so the fog is normal.

There is a longer explanation in the owner's manual, but here's a brief excerpt from the FAQ section:

HEADLAMPS - FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS
Why is there condensation in the
headlamps?
Headlamps have vents to
accommodate normal changes in air
pressure. Condensation can be a
natural by-product of this design.
When moist air enters the lamp
assembly through the vents, there is a
possibility that condensation can
occur when the temperature is cold.
When normal condensation occurs, a
fine mist can form on the interior of the
lens. The fine mist eventually clears
and exits through the vents during
normal operation.

Thanks for the help. Wish the Ford tech could've just told me that when I called them.

You're welcome. And yes, it would have been nice, but it's likely that he didn't know. (Insert dealer joke here)

and most of the time burns off after headlamps have been on as well.
