Moisture in headlights

yeah that's not good. I would take it in under warranty

How long have you had your truck? What was your blend date?

This is normal. New headlights are not fully sealed assemblies. It only becomes a warrantable issue if there's so much moisture that the water is beading up and running...

This is directly from the owner's manual:

GENERAL INFORMATION
Condensation in the Exterior Front
Lamps and Rear Lamps

Exterior front lamps and rear lamps have
vents to accommodate normal changes
in air pressure.

Condensation can be a natural by-product
of this design. When moist air enters the
lamp assembly through the vents, there is
a possibility that condensation can occur
when the temperature is cold. When
normal condensation occurs, a fine mist
can form on the interior of the lens. The
fine mist eventually clears and exits
through the vents during normal operation.
Clearing time may take as long as 48 hours
under dry weather conditions.

Examples of acceptable condensation are:

The presence of a fine mist (no streaks,
drip marks or large droplets).
A fine mist covers less than 50% of the
lens.

Examples of unacceptable condensation
are:

A water puddle inside the lamp.
Streaks, drip marks or large droplets
present on the interior of the lens.

If you see any unacceptable condensation,
have your vehicle checked by an authorized
dealer.

Like the previous post said, this is normal and in the instruction manual.

I had a 2020 Explorer ST back when I lived in the Portland, OR. I would get moisture in my headlights, like yours.

I got my Tremor right before moving out to Colorado. It's pretty dry here, so I haven't noticed any moisture in my headlights. But, if I were back in Portland, I would not be surprised to see my headlights looking like yours.

I have a 401A and my trucks headlights looked exactly like that when I picked it up last December. Haven’t had it happen since but I don’t park in a warm garage. I’m assuming part of the reason is they just washed it, then had it in the warm shop, and then pulled it outside in the cold.
