While digging around trying to find a part I needed to finish my fog light replacements, I found this awesome guide that helped me narrow down what I needed.
As far as I can tell, it lists every single ford connector with part numbers and pictures of the plugs. It even splits them up based on the number of pins in each one. Figured I'd share the knowledge and also leave a convenient bookmark incase I ever forget it lol.
