2022 Ford F150 Tremor 402A
After placing an order for 402A Antimatter Blue to replace my 21 Lariat Sport FX4, it took literally one year (Nov 1, 2021- Nov 1, 2022). All options ordered except Torsen diff, and factory only deleted Auto Stop/Start (who cares!), Park assist component of 360 active (hardly ever used it anyway), plus spray-in liner and wheel well liners (done at dealer). So far very happy except, for stingy deletion of ambient lighting in media center/cup holders and glove box light. FFS, I priced out parts at less than $100. Anyone done the retro fit? Seen a thread on F150gen14, and I'll probably get round to it. Any thoughts, any advice? From Windsor, ON, home of the 5.0L Coyote but happy with my 3.5L EB. Picture taken yesterday after ceramic coat and front tint (to match privacy).

Welcome to the forum @DEEPDOWN and congrats on the new Tremor! 🍻

Congrats!! AMB looks so good on the Tremor. It sucks that it took so long, but at least you finally got it. Ford didn't build my '22 Raptor, and they haven't scheduled the '23 I ordered in July. So I ordered a Tremor as a backup plan - it's supposed to be built the week of 11/28. We'll see what happens...

Hello, what tonneau cover are you using? Thanks

The Ford branded soft tri-fold which was cheap and residualized in my lease payment. It’s uncomplicated and does the job!

We are twins. I did a linex and wheel well liners already. Mine does have torsen. Currently in the shop with vibrating pedal issues at 500 miles. Plan on lifting, ppf, new wheels and tires. Congrats

Beautiful! I found out about Torsen late, as original order done Nov 1, 21, before I had order guide, so basically told sales rep and Sales Manager (both friends and former dealer workmates) to duplicate my 21 Lariat Sport FX4 options + 2Kw Pro Power onboard. I almost did add Torsen before serialization, but figured my opportunity for serious off-roading was limited, but now second guessing! Still, I love the truck and now have the interior ambient lighting retrofit done, which was relatively straightforward, and cheap ($120ish). Performance is notably better than 21 2.7EB, but gas mileage significantly worse, possibly due to 3.73 vs 3.55 rear axle ratio. Luckily as I'm retired my longest trips are mostly only once or twice a month, for scuba outings in the Great Lakes.

Congrats. There are a few of us here who took 9 to 12 months to get our orders but happy you finally did. Looking forward to seeing how you build out your truck.

would you say it looks more like a canvas than vinyl? Have not seen one yet, thanks!
I suppose so, yes, but not as coarse as a traditional canvas. It definitely has a fabric type look but elegant, when combined with the matt black surfaces of the Tremor or Sport package.
