Newbie - 23 Tremor on order

I've been lurking on this forum for a while and was finally able to get the dream truck on order now that the 2023 Order bank opened up today, feels surreal.

Now the fun part starts.
I got the first 23 on order for the location. Dealer said he thought 6 months and it would be here. That sound about right?

6 months may be pushing it. Job #1 is 10-18, so that only allows 3 months to build and deliver. I guess he thinks things will be better than they have been with the 22's.

He says near the beginning, by the end of the day 7-18, you'll be able to order. A lot of questions answered in this video.

Yupp. Was gonna go in the morning to make the order but they weren't open yet. Around 3pm Pacific time dealer sent me text, I went in and got my order placed.

I had a 22' build sheet printed out, so he pretty much just matched up the options onto the 23' sheet. Price came out with barely any difference at all, printed and signed the sheet showing 2023 model year.

Only differences he mentioned were a few new color options, Area 51 etc since I want the Eco boost over the 5.0 v8.

I'm new to the forum too. Just ordered a 23 Tremor Carbonized Gray. Might take a bit, but probably not as long as my 21 Bronco FE.

Thank you! Went with the 3.5 EcoBoost.

I spent a while thinking about the GMC AT4/AT4x, so I had a big V8 in my head early on. But reading the forum here and other reviews around got me to change my mind.

Same here. Went with the 3.5. Actually didn’t know the 5.0 was an option until I saw it in this forum. There’s no mention on Ford’s B&P site. Besides the 3.5 has more torque and pulling power. The downside is the sound of the 5.0. They also added Carbonized Gray which is my favorite.
