Purchased 401A in late October '21. The dealership is a few hours away, and it was late so the salesman didn't do any of the Ford Pass setup, etc. The day after I bought it, I downloaded Ford Pass app and tried to get it connected to the truck. After about 30 calls to Ford Pass support, multiple escalations, and (3) trips to local service departments, I finally dropped the truck at the dealership where I purchased it and got a loaner. That was on 12/18/21. They have had the truck since then, and still are not able to resolve the issue. They've had several Ford engineers involved, and have escalated to yet another level.
Everything else on the truck is working as expected. Main issue is that none of the connected features are functioning. This includes Ford Pass, Navigation, and OTA updates.
The service manager and I started discussing replacing the truck entirely since they haven't been able to resolve. He's supposed to discuss with their sales manager today. Any advise on best way to get this done? I'm thinking that calling Ford corporate and getting them involved makes sense so that dealership is hearing from Ford corporate as well. Any thoughts appreciated!
