Hey all. Was changing the oil today and had it on the 4 post lift (weight is on the wheels) so I snapped some pics of the stock suspension CV angles. I have seen some posts with leveling kits and they look way more extended than stock. I think im going to wait for a Tremor specific kit what to you think?

I had a couple calls yesterday with icon, Fox and Ford Performance. None of the 3 said they have tremor specific development in process. All 3 mentioned the 2021 f150 suspension being able to work with less ride height addition (they all come out the same as the regular f150).

I asked about the tremor specific knuckles and control arms and icon said they were the same as the non-tremor with a different part number. I.e. replace the UCA with a kit which is conveniently an additional $1k. They currently support the tremor at about a 1.25" lift on their 2.5" kit.

Fox mentioned they will release their 2.5s first with the 2.0s shortly afterward. These are still generic to the F150 but with DSC may be our best option.

My opinion: I'll try to find an actual suspension shop locally to measure and order/build the right pieces. Custom billet control arms are about $1200 a side so Icon can kiss my ass.

Thanks for the info yeti. Yeah sounds like the 2.5 will be the way to go I only want about 2 inches of lift to get some of the rake out but still have a good set up for towing and hauling. What I’m unwilling to do is give up any off-road performance and wheel articulation just to get a level. I was pretty surprised how good the articulation was for a stock truck and though the suspension is a little soft on the road it’s pretty dang nice on the trails. I’m sure the 2.5 should be a little stiffer but I have a nice firm controllable feel like it some other vehicles without giving up off-road performance.
