Hello all. With the recent Fed rate hikes and now 4% new car financing being considered "good," has anyone noticed Tremors going at any sort of discount? I seem to be seeing more and more cars being advertised at below MSRP versus just a few months ago. With that being said, do we still consider buying a new Tremor at sticker price to be a good value?

I suspect, and this opinion is worth what you paid for it, that we are still a little ways away from any significant deals on Tremors simply because they are more scarce than a regular F-150.

Very scarce, when I pick mine up on Saturday - I'll be like the 3rd 150 in all of Spokane County. I've seen more SuperDuty Tremors than 150's.

I see you are coming from a Tacoma, I had a 2015 Taco for the last 7 years. Your whole world is about to change. :ROFLMAO:

Even here in Texas the market hasn't really cooled on Tremors. There's very little stock, and the prices range from MSRP to $10k over. I work for Lincoln, so I found dealer who would honor D-plan pricing, otherwise I would have still been happy at MSRP.

So are you a Steer or....?

The used car market prices may be falling but i highly doubt you will find a F150 Tremor under MSRP for at least another couple of years. It is possible Ford will get their head out of their asses and extend their financing deals to Tremors though. Like you said 4% is a good rate now but i see several credit unions in my area already moving close to 5% (and the Fed will raise rates again in December).

F150 Raptors in my area still go for $20k over MSRP. And they know the next best truck in their lineup is the Tremor, so they aren't going to part wtih them for under MSRP.

Edit: you might be able to use Xplan/Dplan etc if you find a dealer who will work with you, but that will mean ordering a truck at a discount vs buying at full MSRP off the lot.
