odd issue cropped up. Seems to have coincided with the latest software update. Now 3rd time it has happened so not 100% sure.
Radio presets all went away and now say the same station 87.9 and even added more presets. First time it happened the next day it went back to normal. This time I’m now on day 3 and my old presets haven’t returned.

I’ve thought about doing a reset to the system but I believe that will reset all of the settings I’ve dialed in over the months. Anyone else had this issue and if so have any thoughts?

After resetting all my stations again, today woke up to the same scenario. All new random presets again. Seems to be happening in colder weather but could be coincidence. At the very least I’m taking pictures so I have documentation when I decide to take it in.

Assume you have checked that all the fuses are seated all the way in and that the battery terminals are tight?

mine cleared out with the update. re-added all my junk and 2 days later it was reverted back to original stations/order.

Yeah all those are tight. No other settings get changed but the presets.

The first time this happened a few months ago mine cleared out then came back the next day. The last two times wasn’t the case.
