I have been serving a 41+ day sentence on ramp 59 in Dearborn for a 2023. Im curious to see if anyone else is sitting there, or if you are somewhere else. I am guessing there is no rhyme or reason to it but you would figure Ford would want to push as many cars/trucks out before the end of the year?

I ordered 30 Aug, Build Complete 20 November, and have been waiting shipment since. I called my local dealer yesterday and was told it was on a “Plant Quality Hold”. I then called ford customer service. They said it’s waiting at Dock 6 in Dearborn MI, ready for shipment. I feel like im in the same boat. I ordered a 2023 F150 Tremor 402A. I don’t know exactly what the Plant Qulity Hold means and neither did my dealer.

My truck sat for 55 days with no chip hold on ramp 59... sucks waiting but the truck is worth the wait.

Currently sitting on ramp 51 in Flat Rock. On chip hold since Oct 31st. Did order the B&O Unleashed which is what is believed to be holding it up.

2023 Avalanche 3.5 402a B&O Unleashed, priority code 9: Ordered 9/12, Blend Date 11/9, built 11/22, now just awaiting shipment. This was ordered by the GM at my dealership though and not me, but I will be purchasing it after they sold my 22 AMB out from under me at the beginning of Nov that I ordered waaaaay back in Feb. Hoping to get it by the end of the year, but not going to hold my breath for that. I was told that it is on chip hold; window sticker shows Ramp One: RA26

I feel for you. My 23 402A was built on 11/26 and has been sitting at ramp 59 since then. According to my dealer there are no holds of any kind. Just waiting to get shipped.

RA26 is your arrival location.

got an update… I called Ford Customer Service (1800-688-8898) and gave them my information. They gave me a full detailed update. My truck is waiting on Dock 59. It has been fully released (does not have any chip holds) to the railroad for transport according to Ford. They have excellent customer service on this matter. I was also told that my account was tagged with a Private Offer as well.

You get notified by the Ford emails it was built?

Out of curiosity, what type of offer? Financing incentive or other?

They called it a private offer. I looked it up and those range from 750 -3000 off MSRP is what I’m reading. The lady gave me a certificate number to present to my dear ship.

They have that to you after calling?

I called the number mentioned asking about my order and it waiting to be shipped and the customer service rep said she never heard of a private offer. I’ll call again tomorrow to see if I can different response.

I hope it works out for you, the PCOs have almost always excluded tremors.
