Huge shoutout to @beaver24 on the 14th gen forum for beating me to the punch and finding solutions to the issues we both ran in to.
**This only applies to 21-23 F150's already equipped with the dynamic bending headlights**
You'd think that FORscan would have been able to make these plug and play. Although that may still be true, I and others could not find a solution strictly through FORscan, I even tried copying everything from a Raptor VIN from the as-built data with no success. The problem is the Raptor Headlights for 21-23 all use the DRL as the turn signal and do not have a dedicated light for turn. Changing DRL as Turn in FORscan did not solve this. Only the parking lights and main beams operated with that one change.
Enough background (who cares), here's how you make it work:

Parts list
Harness 1: https://www.starkey-products.com/co...g-lights-adapter-for-led-headlights-2021-2023
Harness 2: https://www.starkey-products.com/co...-duty-dynamic-led-headlight-adapter-2023-2024
(2) diodes: either #DT04-4P-RT or #AT04-4P-RT01 from Digi-key
(2) 4-pin male Deutch plug and their pins/caps
This is not an all inclusive parts list. But a good starting point.
You'll need to make or buy that starkey harness in the link above, buy the diodes and then modify it. See attached pdf of the wiring scheme. (thanks @beaver24). If you have the grilles lights from @Cblaxx19 you already have the harness needed, and it can be easily modified without interfering with his lights. Here's how mine ended up looking:
This harness modification prevents backfeed of the turn signal power into the DRL power and the BCM, since you are hardwiring the DRL to blink from the turn signal input.
Then you will need to make FORscan changes. You will need to set the DRL to dim with turn. I don't think that you can have the brightness boosted any more if you make this swap. You will also need to disable the circuit outage, or "Hyperflash". Those are the only ones I had to change. The lines in as-builts for the BCM are:
1) 726-38-01 xxxx 0Axx xx--
2) 726-40-02 xxx0 xxxx-xx--
If all goes well then you should get some fully operational, leveling, turn signaling, and wigwag'ing headlights with that gorgeous amber DRL
