I bought the 3 LED "raptor style" set form F150Leds and wonder if anyone has hooked these up?

It says you have to go to the headlight assembly.

Or has anyone done it to the uplifter switches?

Any advice or info on how to do is appreciated.

Thanks!

I have some of these, and they look fantastic! But you absolutely do not have to use the headlight assembly. The Tremor has the six accessory switches on the ceiling. The wires are pigtailed under the hood over on the passenger side near the front. Each accessory connection has different amperage, so you need to pick one that best matches the amps needs of the accessory you're using. I used number 5, which I think was 5 amps. It was the best one for the LEDs. It took about 15 minutes to crimp the LED wires into the leads under the hood. I just keep switch number 5 on all the time. The LEDs come on when you start the truck. Good luck with it.

Have the 5 light set on the way from f150leds, and pair for side vents, with couple of starkey harnesses. Hope to get these on sometime over next couple weekends and see how they look.

I think this looks better Tremor Raptor light
@Bowhunter, or anyone else, have you actually installed this three-light bar (either custom auto, or stage 3), and if so, install fairly easy? I like the idea of bolt on better than stick on, and maybe the more subtle looks of this kit. Thanks.

I bought the Custom, but haven't installed yet. Their video makes it look fairly easy.

Thanks @Tremor14. Besides different access to the DRL plug (via wheel well on our trucks), I guess it would be pretty similar to this video. Looks like this three-light bar connects via two screws on top? Would need to run down and look at the truck (pouring rain right now, and don't want to mess with opening garage door), but must connect with these two screws, somewhere near the hood latch.

My light bar has the 2 screws on it, They go in place of 2 of the pins removed from the radiator cover. I specifically told him it was a Tremor 402A and got the plug and play harness.

Aha, that makes sense, re pins - thanks. May get this ordered, instead of the larger/brighter lights from f150leds. Cheers

Simple and no need to remove anything but the plastic fasteners to get the grill to be able to be pulled out and the light worked in.
The harness from Stage 3 is very easy to use. No crimping or spliving.

I really want the raptor headlights with the amber led DRL's instead of our white, I like that look much better. Here is a link of the lights. Has anyone installed a set of these yet?

The look is awesome, but at $2k, I've gotta say no this time.

Does anyone know where I can get a set of these from the roush to match the front. But in red. Thanks

FYI, those morimotos aren’t compatible with the factory led projectors. So they aren’t an options for you.

The only aftermarket lights I’ve seen that can replace the factory projectors are the Diode Dynamics lights.

As far as the rear light goes you could either use a ford oem marker light from a dually or a gm marker light from the heavy duties.

Ford

Gm

Aftermarket (I’m currently running this on my Superduty)

The wiring for the tailgate is in the way... looked into it and I also had the dually lights on my old SD Tremor and loved them.... I did the Raptor 3rd brake light on my 150 tremor.
