Raptor Take-offs Swap

Hey guys,

Wondering if anyone here has experience swapping stock tremor tires and wheels to 17” Raptor take-offs with their factory 35” KO2’s? These would be 2025 raptor base model wheels/tires which I believe are 315/70r17? I think the wheels share same +34 offset as tremor from what I’ve read online. My Tremor is a 2026 MY.

For anyone who made this swap, was it as simple as a levelling kit install to fit in the front without rub? Any need to trim liners or remove/bend crash bars? Any interference with brakes on the 17” wheel or crowding on knuckle from the tire? How is compression under load and off-roading?

I’m not deadset on this option, but there’s a local deal on new take-offs for $2000 CAD that seems like a fairly good price, so I’m interested if it won’t require heavy modification to fit, I don’t mind trimming the liners, but would ideally like to keep my crash bars intact.

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated!

They fit with minimal fanfare. I had to grind down the ball joint bolt on my 21 to get a little more clearance. But thats it.

I had to grind the ball joint bolt as well. You definitely need to check the bolt clearance or you will scratch the crap out of the inside of the wheel (ask me how I know).

I installed the Eibach Pro 2R with the factory Eibach settings. I initally didn't rub, but now I have a slight rub in reverse at full lock on the crash bar. Not enough that it really bothers me much. I am not completely level. I just significantly reduced the rake. If I was completely level I bet I wouldn't rub.

Raptor take-offs on my ‘23, 2” level, no rubbing or grinding on the ball joint bolt. Mine is minimal clearance on the bolts, but no issues after 33k miles.
