I've noticed several times that when I remote start while it's cold out the seats don't turn on and the heater isn't going when I get in. I have the auto selected in the settings. Am I missing something?
Yeah that's what I was thinking. I'll experiment more. BTW it's 30 out. No settings on the Ford pass app to select them right? Didn't see anything.I know the lights on the buttons are not lit up until I press the start button. But as Fozzy mentioned the truck will decide if they should be on based on the outside temp. I forget what the temp parameters are but I know I've read them somewhere before.
That should be plenty cold to activate them.Yeah that's what I was thinking. I'll experiment more. BTW it's 30 out. No settings on the Ford pass app to select them right? Didn't see anything.
I press the start button then the seat lights come on. Figure it should have them on before I get in.
Look at this guy... The seats AND the wheel are warm to the touch. So just remote started and let it sit for a few minutes. Seats and wheel are warm to the touch. It's currently 47 out and truck has been sitting for a few hours.
