2022 Tremor
Trip from Knoxville area to Oak Island this last week. Woeful lack of fun picks (of truck), but some thoughts, now three weeks and a little over 1k miles in:

First, the Tremor travels really well (and I'm in a 400A). Very smooth, floaty ride. Lots of heads turning, from owners of all makes. Lots of nice trucks at the coast this week, with OEM offroad's dominated by AT4's, plus handful of Trail Bosses, and a couple of Rebels. Zero Tremors seen, besides mine. Did spot one stone gray on I-40 near Asheville with a camper behind it, on way down.

Loving the 36ga fuel tank. Hurts when you eventually fill up, but really nice to have the capacity.

Gas mileage has improved, as others have attested. First couple hundred miles were 12.4 mi/ga, and that was babying it. As I approached/exceeded 1000mi break-in period, foot in the pedal a bit more. Anyone familiar with Hwy 74 from Charlotte to coast knows it's anything but set it/forget it cruise. Healthy city/hwy average is currently around 19.5, which is good with me.

If you have AMB, and want to get on blood pressure medication, park your truck at the ocean for a week. Salt spray was crazy to clean off today.

Happy 4th of July, Tremor fam! 🇺🇸

Hwy 74 sucks. At least they put the Monroe bypass in so now you can get out of town a little faster.

I just drove it the other day and came up on what seemed like a pretty new toll section. They don’t have till booths to pay and instead take pictures of your plate and vehicle to mail you the toll fee. I wonder what Granger ford will think when they get the bill?

Still haven't got my truck but I'm on Topsail currently and they have an ohv section. Zero tremors and rebels but plenty of the others you mentioned. Can't wait to see more beach pics but dreading having my amb out for the above reason.

If I ever get my Tremor, I am heading to Ft Fisher State Park to see how it runs in the sand. I didn't know you could drive on the beach at Topsail?

Nice, yeah, I was on Topsail all the time as a kid, but also didn't know they had ohv. Used to hit sand occasionally at Ft Fisher.

Was starting to pace floor a bit last week, at all the salt spray covering the AMB. She's had a thorough bath since, and looking good again, but man..
