Rough idle

I’m sure there is mention of this somewhere I just didn’t feel like scrolling through the pages but my 22 tremor has had a rough idle for at least the last 6000 miles. The truck has almost 10,000 miles for a couple minutes after starting the truck, there is what seems to be a rough idle. There have been several times where the truck almost sounds like it’s going to die anyone else have this issue? I have brought it in for all the standard maintenance and I am running 93 fuel.

Could be spark plug (or related components) related. Any mods?

I’m sure you don’t enjoy dealer visits, but assuming you’re under warranty, I would suggest taking it in and reporting back here with the findings.

Record the instances this happens so the dealer can’t say “we can’t replicate the issue”.

Have you checked all your hose connections, just a long shot might be pulling air from an unwanted area. Like TREMOR_K32E18 mentioned do you have any mods?

No mods. Yeah definitely down. Enjoy the dealership but can’t beat the warranty repair. My local Ford dealership is booked three months out for all repair services. Lol.

Mine does the same, has since day 1 and only seems noticeable when it first starts up.

First start after sitting for a long period - rough idle > Drive to gas station a few miles away, shut down, start again - no rough idle?

Mine will sometimes bounce from 500 to 700 rpm but it's not that bad. I thought it should be steady at 600? Only thing I changed was the air filter.

Was this issue ever resolved? I have a 23 tremor with the 3.5 eco and in park I feel an intermittent vibration in the seat and pedals with an rpm around 600. In drive, the vibration is in the wheel with a similar rpm. I don't seem to notice to much fluctuation in the rpms when this "intermittent vibration" happens but it almost feels like the truck idles too low. My last truck (18 f150 5.0) was smooth as silk at idle. My truck is without the auto start stop button due to chip shortage, wondering if it is related.
