I just installed this instrument cluster protector today from Screen ProTech. Not sure if it's needed. I noticed on some of my past vehicles the Instrument cluster would scratch really easy no matter how careful you cleaned it. Thinking about it, seems it was more the Honda and Toyota's. I guess softer plastic and scratches easy. Seems like the Ford is less prone to this but then again I was so traumatized from my past vehicles that I didn't really touch it and just added this. I don't recommend if you have OCD. I kept peeling off and reapplying to get it perfect. It was probably perfect the first time
. It isn't too difficult. It's just a little tricky cause we don't have that 1 odometer stem knob sticking out to line it up easier. I believe it comes in a set with the main screen protector too. I already installed the screen protector for the main display from OCDplug so guess I have an extra one now. I think for a little bit more they can double the order just in case you mess up. I guess you could also sell the 2nd one to a friend. I'll try and add pics later. Looks good currently and no bubbles but just a little hazy. Should clear up once it dries out in a couple of days.
