Shipment tracking

I've seen a few posts on here about granular transit tracking (rail line, car #, ramp #, etc). So far, I've been monitoring order progress through the tracker at www.shop.ford.com, but seems there's a better way out there. With truck now supposedly in transit, would like to follow mythical baby on its journey. FordPass? Any help appreciated.

Depends if you are shipping by Rail or Convoy:

Convoy: I believe Palsapp is the one you need to go to.

I didn't have much luck tracking my truck shipment. I was able to get a rail car from the Ford chat (CN Rails, but you can use the same Norfolk Southern number to track). When I called the number all I got was "Your rail car left Michigan on April 23rd, end of report" or something like that and it never gave me a location along the route. I had pinged chat later and they said it was in Illinois at one point.

You won't get a Delivered e-mail confirmation once it has been, but OrderTrack and the Ford Tracker should update within 24 hours to say it has been delivered and going into final prep. My sales guy actually texted me a photo right after they unloaded it so I've been super happy with them so far.
