Thanks. Now I need to cancel my order with SS. I am tired of excuses. 22 days after ordering with products in stock. I keep getting promises and excuses.

Is anyone else having trouble with Shock Surplus?

Sounds like my Eibach order back in February. It took ~3 weeks to ship even thought they listed them as in stock.

Sounds like my Eibach order back in February. It took ~3 weeks to ship even thought they listed them as in stock.

UPS destroyed them in shipping and I have been waiting for all that to clear up. They said they would ship a new set. Another 5 days later I called and had to explain the situation all over again. A certain person did not pass the order on to the warehouse or something. Day 25 they finally shipped a new set. Never again.

I’ve often wondered if the second part of their name has any relevance to their on hand stock.
Instead of being a regular stocking dealer, are they getting surplus items from some if not all of the companies they represent?

Many times surplus items from manufacturers are sold at a discount. Kind of like new old stock items.

Just a theory.
