Has anyone taken the skid plate off the Tremor yet? I want to take my off to have it line-x'd then re-install it. I wanted to know how difficult it is or if anyone has any advice.
Thanks

Never taken it off, so I can't help there, but just be aware if you line-x it you can't tell what's going on underneath. For instance, if the liner cracks or chips eventually and water gets in, you'll never see corrosion...

In the "off-road" world it is generally accepted that painting is better so you can see those things. A lot of people rattle can theirs for this very reason.

I’ve taken mine off for my bumper lights I put in. Very straightforward to remove an impact gun will make it much easier as they have stover nuts so very tough to remove. The small silver piece just below bumper is plastic so take this into consideration.

Thanks! Those bumper lights look nice. im thinking of putting a winch on mine there

I’m going to take a rattle can of plasti dip to mine soon to see how it looks and have it removable if necessary

It's aluminum, why paint or do anything with it? Rusting should not be an issue.
