Ended up with 2 of these during my heated steering wheel swap. I was told the module worked when I got it, but I have not tested it. Part number ML3T-18C612-DE. There are 2 small scratches on the unit, 1 on the passenger side temp dial, the other on the driver side heated seat button. Pics at the bottom showing these.
