Squeak Coming From Drivers Side Front

Need some help. When I approach the truck with the key fob on me the running lights turn on and I hear a click, assuming maybe the fuel pump priming? Then when I open the drivers side door I hear a squeak like something is not oiled. I’ve checked the door hinges and oiled them and that is not the issue.

I’m trying to figure out what part is actuating when I approach the truck with the key fob so that I can see if there is something that needs to be oiled or part replaced. The squeak is not all the time only every now and then. Any help would be appreciated.

The locks and or mirrors are what is actuating when you approach the vehicle, as you walk up whether the vehicle is locked or not it will start actuating the locks and depending on the settings your mirrors as well as turning on the zone lighting. It doesn't actually unlock the vehicle unless you hit the button or touch the door handle.
