I have 2022 f150 tremor with factory tires. Tire says 44psi max. Just curious what everyone is running, I prefer 80% of max pressure.

Mine came with 40, I've left them alone so far.

Less than 1k on them so I can't tell you. Just letting you know what factory set it at +/- 2psi depending on temp. Ride feels good I don't think I would lower them.

Doesn't the sticker say 36 for stock tires?

Do the chalk test. I havent done it on my tremor yet, but that is the best way to dial in pressure. If you use the same pressure in front as back you are gonna wear out the center of the rear tires as there is less weight in the rear with an empty bed.

The Ford Pass app says 35 is the recommended cold pressure. Not sure if that’s a vehicle-specific thing in the app or not. I’m running about 35 front and rear unless towing then I’ll bump up the rears.

I'm currently running 41 which was the unmodded chalk test. I think Ford states much lower to make the ride feel smoother

Depends. Around town and most of the time 40 psi. When towing or long freeway trips I raise it to 48.

Could you explain the best way to do the chalk test.

This, any where from 39-42psi if towing more than 3k use the higher amounts but that pressure range works out the best for wear and mpg.

Theres some good youtube videos on it. Essentially take piece of chalk and draw a large stripe across the tread on each tire. Then drive like 50-100 feet on a nice flat surface. Observe the chalk: if the center of the stripe is worn, you too have high pressure. If the outsides are of the chalk stripe are worn you have too low pressure. Adjust pressure until chalk stripe is wearing evenly.

Thanks for the advice I appreciate it.
