I don't know how strong these body panels / rear fenders are supposed to be but mine just took a pretty good hit from a football with no damage.
As we were preparing to leave practice, my sons baseball teammates were throwing a football around and one went the wrong way and hit my rear fender panel, drivers side below the Tremor logo on the very bottom right behind the rear tire. There was a really loud bang. Everybody cringed. Kids got yelled at a little by their parents. I cried inside pretending the whole time everything is OK but thinking Oh my God what just happened. There has got to be at the very least a dent. I didn't even look at the area where it hit. Can't get mad at the kids. I just gathered the family and told everybody its OK, it just hit the lower panel. It was silence the whole way home. Wife knew I was going crazy inside and laughing about it. I just kept telling myself over and over no matter how bad the damage, I can always fix it. Got home and inspected right away. I must of looked for a good 10 min straight. All angles. Couldn't find anything. I was in disbelief. I was still looking a couple days later thinking there has to be a dent at least. Even looking in other areas just in case. Nothing. Last time I park anywhere near practice again lol.

Glad it wasn't an issue! Sucks that situations like that happen but glad you played it cool and it worked out.

Why can't these things only happen to kia soul owners 🤣

I know what you went through. I coached football, baseball and softball. My trucks got hot a few times over the years, and as you wisely said.. It can always be fixed. I'm happy to hear there wasn't any damage.

So on a similar note.. I had friends in town, this weekend. After a good day at a Tiki bar, we went to a new brewery. When we parked, it was a situation where the passenger said was close to a wall and I asked both passengers (who own a screw f150) if there was enough room and both replied yes.

After dinner, the husband slams the door into the wall. upon further inspection the next day, he hammered it enough to punch through the wrap. I'll know more on the paint and if the door bent after the wrap is off.

Yeti that sucks!.....Are you having to pull the wrap off of the entire door? Do you have someone that will be able to replace it locally?

That won't buff out, sorry @Yeti (OMG man!)

Yeah, there are some good shops here. I'll ask them what can be done then go from there. I'm also considering a couple of changes up to so it'll pad the pain a bit
