What tire pressure are you running with the general ATs? I’ve been running 38.

Huh…seems like I have some correcting to do…

When my Tremor shows up I plan to run 38 as well. What kind of mileage are you getting running at 38?

Since these are spec what's the manufacturer say and what's Ford say?

Hwy 20 and avg around 16, but mine only has 260 miles on it.

Now that the colder weather is here, mine dropped to 34/35 cold - but as soon as I drive they go up quick.. around 38 to 39. I'm getting around 17.5 city and light highway. I also like to accelerate quickly, though.. 2 months and 1K miles

After seeing this post figure I would check mine. Looked at the App. I hope App is somewhat accurate. Man I should have checked earlier. Didn't think I had to as Truck is 2 months old. I am showing 43 front and 42 rear. I think Max is 44? Any harm running close to max? I am going to adjust.

I’ve run this size tire on my 4Runner and tundra and usually run 35. I used to hear if you made a heavy chalk line on the pavement and drove over it the amount of chalk missing should be the same width as your tire tread. Possibly indicates if you’re overinflated. Someone correct me if I’m wrong. LoL

Yeah pretty much heard if you over inflate the middle wears out quicker.. under inflate and outsides do (on pavement).. so yea that sounds right with the chalk test.

35 psi is about right for a happy medium, though if pulling a trailer I would run 38-40 psi, to counter weight and get better mileage.

My chalk test told me 42 front, 40 rear. At 43/41 I began to lose tread contact on the outer edges. My truck is a pretty heavy 402A, 1549 available payload. When trailering on the oems I will fill to 43 all around.

I need to chalk mine. I like the ride at 35 but feel kinda squishy flexy on the hwy. LoL I have a 4K lb trailer I’ll prob go up obviously when I tow.
