I had an f 150 long box and my tool chest fit nicely between the front of the box and the wheel wells and could not move. Now with this shorter box, I can't fit my toolbox because it hits the wheel wells. There doesn't seem to be any tool chests made with a notched corner to be the width of the bed but fit over at least part of the wheel wells. There are thousands of these truck beds from Ford out there. Its crazy to me. I can get a much smaller box but I can't believe there aren't better options. If I could weld aluminum, I would notch the corners on mine!
