Touch Screen Blank

Hi everyone, I have a 2022 402A Tremor. While driving the touch screen/radio/etc just shut off and rebooted itself. There wasn't anymore problems until this morning, the screen wont come on, just remains blank. No sound either. I tried the quick fix reset (holding power and the forward arrows down for 10 seconds) and still nothing. Went to schedule service at the dealership.... they told me they could see me in NOVEMBER. Looks like its up to me to fix. I assumed it was the fuse , pulled it and reinserted but no joy (#29). Outside of getting a new one, anyone know a solution?

This may not be your problem at all, but check the under hood fuse box. On both my 21 and my 22 I could noticeably push EVERY SIGNLE fuse further into its slot for a better connection. The ones in my passenger footwell seemed to all be seated well from factory.

You need to restart your sync 4 there are instructions online that tells you how to do it, mine did the same one day and googled it and had it fixed within 15 mins.

I'll try to post the video after I get to work.

There it is again on a different site should you need it. This one explains how to master reset it if the restart doesn't work. Also try unhooking the negative post from your battery for 5 minutes.
