Towing heavy load at altitude with a tune

Does anyone here tow a heavier load (~7k-8k) at altitude with a tune applied? I am in CO and would love more power for the mountain grades, but being limited to 91 octane max, I worry a towing tune would lead to detention at altitude. Thanks!
