Tremor level kit effect fuel economy ?

Hey All,
I just sold my 2014 FX4 5.0L with 6”bds suspension lift, 35” MT and update front sway bar installed from dealer new. Truck had every option except moonroof. Was a great truck for the 7+ years I owned it, but overall height, road noise, fuel economy and resale made it appealing to sell.

I pick up a ‘22 tremor 3.5L this week. I don’t want to end up with the rugged “big” truck drive feeling like my ‘14. The new stock truck feels like a Cadillac compared.

I love the look of the level kit but was wondering how much it will effect ride comfort and fuel economy ? Overall ride height increase ?

I have yet to see advertised fuel economy stock or with my 2" level. There may have been a little hit.

I have a 2” level and 295/70/18’s on my truck and according to the calculator on the truck am still getting 16 mpg city and 20 mpg Highway. I haven’t hand calculated this though so not sure how accurate those numbers are. I do have to baby the truck though to get these.

I have a 2" level and did not notice any mileage difference. I put the 295/70/18's SL tires on and still averaging 16 city 19 hwy with the Livermore tune using 93 octane. Couldn't be happier with the setup. The level did change the ride slightly, its a little more stiff.

I recently took off my ICON front coilovers that gave me a 2-1/4 front level and put back the stock shocks. Also changed my rims and tires back to stock. Had 295/70/18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on 18" ICON rims. Didn't pay attention when I added these mods but gained about .3 MPG better so far. That is just going off the dashboard monitor and not doing the actual math on it. All City driving here for me. Getting about 16 mpg now. I use 92 octane which is the highest offered at the pump here.

One of the shocks leaked so sent it back to ICON for repairs. Had to take both out. Put stock rims and tires back assuming the 295/70/18 would possibly rub. Once I get the front coilover back, will install everything back.

If you keep the same size/ply tires and just level it will be a very small change.
