I’m curious, how do you guys think the tremor will depreciate over the next 5 years relative to the rest of the F-150 line? I’m not expecting it to hold its value like the raptors, but I’m hoping that with the trend in “off-road” capable vehicles really holding their value strong, it’ll be consistent with the rest of the f-150 family or maybe even slightly better than the average, which is historically pretty strong! Curious to hear your guys thoughts though.

I think its uniqueness will lend for it holding its value better than average....

I think depending on options and amount of tremors produced will be the factor

My vote is the depreciation will be similar to regular F150s. Its all market specific. You can go buy a used pickup in Canada or Texas far cheaper than you can in Utah, so much so that there are many used dealerships here that specifically import trucks from those areas and then sell them at the Utah market rate and make a decent profit.

That's a tough one. Because of when we purchased our trucks, we're going to take a bit of a hit. I think overall, the Tremor will trend slightly below the non-tremor f150 as a trim level because it seems a bit inflated compared to the Lariat or Platinum.

But, I've been wrong before

Most of the used trucks in Alberta Canada are going south of the boarder ….lots drive for 1-2 years and send them south due to market and exchange usd vs cad

hahah I refi'd my loan and was told by my "bank" the truck was worth less than i bought it for. However I was watching and they didn't even have a option for the "Tremor" package. Its all BS anyhow, the real value is what someone else will pay you for it.

Money isn’t real. Just listen to the trash the FED and the current administration are saying. The rules are made up and the points don’t matter. 😂

Paid sticker ($74,590.00) 7 months ago, dealer just offered 55K trade in. Truck has 10K miles, aftermarket spray in bed liner and PPF front and inside painted surfaces. 20K loss in 7 months seems a little steep to me.

The market value depends on number of trucks available, the truck I traded for the tremor was 54k new in 2017, I traded that truck in on the Tremor in 2021 with 150k on it for 39k, as long as the market is saturated the resale isn't going to be good unless you find an individual who wants to buy your specific truck, when the market isn't saturated then you will be able to reap the benefits of your purchase

What I have seen it will be below average. It's basically a Lariat trim on the High end and an upgraded XLT on the low end. Every F-150 except the Raptors have tanked like crazy. My Expedition held its value really well, not sure why. Car and truck market is a mess right now between the interest rates and over stock. Most of us got our Tremors when you couldn't find a truck on the lot, let alone a Tremor. Now their selling below invoice and small if any markup on the regular Raptor. In 5 years there will be a completely new generation of F-150 making the pain even worse. I'm hoping for a Tremor R.

This should have been expected once the used market came back down to reality.

Exactly. Y'all be acting like for the entirety of known automotive history, vehicles didn't instantly lose 30% when you drove it off the lot.

Short memories / magical thinking istg.

Y'all ain't never selling a USED vehicle for OVER MSRP ever again (thank GOD)

Since I own a Tremor, I expect it will tank in value. Every vehicle I've ever owned has done so. Don't get mad at me.

Historically, every car ever has lost value, except some very rare corner cases / super limited / desirable etc. A mass produced truck in a mid/high trim is not that.

Hope to God we never see the foolishness of the 2021-2023 market again

Mine is a month old with 1000 miles and I did a carvana for no real reason. $48K. $20K loss in a month.

I liked it, flipped 6 rides and made enough to get out of a payment. 1st time in 30 years!
Kept thinking I should buy 50 rides and retire but my luck market woulda tanked and I would have 49 in my back year:ROFLMAO:

2024 and changes
It was disappointing for those waiting since they made the lighting look similar to the XLT

This is also the other thing
The Tremor name must be treated as a complete identity, starting with the car key, as found in ST models
And raptor

Also, maybe unify some names, why not have a Bronco Tremor

The specifications must be closest to the Raptor
for Example F-150 Tremor Very similar to others F-150s
But we see that the Bronco Wildtrak is similar to the Bronco Raptor

But I think they did it on 24 intentionally so as not to affect Raptors sales

A while back, Ford said that the Raptor name will be a brand inside Ford much like SVO was and it looks like they’ve almost fully achieved that.

I’m not sure how or if they’ll do it but it wouldn’t surprise me if they made an Explorer Raptor.
