Upper glove box broken

Hey guys, I picked up my Tremor yesterday and noticed my upper glove box doesn't open. We tried countless times at the dealership pushing the button and attempting to apply slight pressure at different points of the door with the hopes that it would unlatch but no such luck. I now have to return to the dealer later this week to have their tech dive into it further. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues? Thanks

I haven't had that issue, I can say pretty impressed overall with my truck, it's the first year one model that I've owned and so far hasn't been a nightmare, I had one other 1st yr model in my lifetime and swore I'd never do it again as it was a nightmare. Knock on wood though my issues have been minimal, other than the recalls everyone is getting.

I haven't had this issue either. I've had my truck since January and it has been problem free (knock on wood). My last vehicle was a new 2020 Explorer ST. It was the first year of that generation and I had an unbelievable number of problems with it. It was at the dealer so much that Ford actually sent me a prepaid gift card in the mail.

I had a similar issue when I picked up mine a couple of weeks ago. I had to push on the upper right hand section as it was getting hung up. Haven't had an issue since though.

I had something similar when I first got the truck....like a little kid, just kept pressing the button repeatedly...what ya know, it worked eventually and been working fine since....
