Want taller, but not wider

Are there any options for a roughly 34 to 35 inch tall tire but not any wider than the stock? 275 generals?

Yes, I am aware of the various calculators out there like that one. The problem is, just because that may indicate the overall size of a tire I want, it doesn’t mean that there is actually a tire available in that size.

No 275 75/R18 for example.

Kenda makes a 35x10.5 but you have to go to a 17" wheel.

Pickings seem slim to none though. What about 285/75r18? Those would be about 1.5" taller and only a half inch wider (give or take based on manufacturer).
