Can some of you guys check your exhaust and see if you’re actively leaking water out of it when it’s running? I know water is a byproduct of the ignition of gasoline, but I’m not used to seeing it, come out of the catalytic converter and muffler.

Last picture is a resonator and it's normal.

Just so you guys are aware there is a service bulletin out on the cat. I have been waiting a month for a replacement but still haven't gotten it.

If I had seen this earlier (and without the 15mph ‘breeze’) I’d have slid under to see what mine looks like.

There are weep holes on all the cans so they drain and don't rust. Found this out when I climbed under the truck thinking I had an exhaust leak or something; heard most of the sound I was attributing to a leak coming from the weep holes.

Do you happen to have the TSB and what it involves?

I do not have it, I was told that it was a faulty batch of converters and that if you had intermittent issues of your service engine light coming on and that it showed the code for the cat, they were replacing them, that is the only way they are replacing them though.

My exhaust leaks water as you describe. Leaves a puddle in the garage like a nervous puppy every time.
I’ll have to look to see if I have a similar residue pattern to yours. Haven’t noticed while underneath replacing skid plates but wasn’t looking specifically.

Thanks for confirming it's normal guys, I had just not noticed this before. Probably makes sense to have drain holes to prevent rusting as @TremorKaos said.
