I have a colleague whose wife works for my Ford Dealership where I ordered my Tremor on February 9th. He also has ordered a SuperDuty.

His wife told him that the latest info from Ford to their dealership is they've halted production on all F150's except the Lightening.

Anyone have alternate or confirming information on this? Ford's website has an interesting disclaimer on it when you go to the build section. Anybody seen this curious disclaimer? I had to click agree before it would let me in.

I know there's a lot of rumors but he assures me that his wife is in-the-know due the lack of parts for all truck builds right now.

Ugh.

She probably got confused, they are no longer taking orders for MY22. MY23 order bank will open July 18th.

They are still producing trucks.

According to Tim Bartz at Long McArthur Ford, they are building 68k F-150's during June and July. August scheduling is supposed to begin next week. Tim does a weekly YouTube video with updates of what's going on at Ford.

Thanks for the responses.

One thing I just learned is Tremor build is on temporary hold. I was just talking to my dealer for an update and he told me that. He wasn't sure how long.

Interesting because I have received 2 emails in the last week- the first stating my truck was scheduled for production the week of July 4. The second I received on Monday with an update that production would be the week of June 13th. Why would Ford send those emails if they weren’t still producing? I’m not getting to excited, but I do have some confidence that things are progressing. My truck has been in order since Mar 15.

They are producing, don't sweat it. @GRB.GEG just got some bad info.

This is part of an email I received from the new car manager at my dealership yesterday. They are trying hard to get me a Tremor to make up for a situation with another vehicle that I won't bore anyone with those details.

"Also, we did speak to our rep and the vehicle has received a priority status.

The issue now is with Tremor. It is on a temporary hold we are told.

They are going to wait for that hold to be removed then place the best priority code on it that they can.

Now we wait".

Temporary hold as far as what, no scheduling occurred this week? I am confident the Tremors are still in production and I am the last Tremor order at my dealer out of 76 remaining 2022 F150 orders. I anticipate seeing scheduling soon.

Temporary hold of Tremors being built is the way I understood it. My dealer reconfigured someone's canceled order and they are working with the zone manager to get it to the highest priority status. They are doing everything possible to get it built fast because of a situation with another vehicle I had ordered.
What you may want to do is contact your dealer and ask what they know. They are updated every week, so should be aware of what the hold is.

I spoke with my dealer twice this week regarding my order and there was zero discussing of a "stoppage" however I am priority code 2 preview so will likely be scheduled very soon. The only "stoppage" I have heard of was previously mentioned and that was no longer being able to order a 2022. If an actual "stoppage" was announced by Ford I am sure it would be much bigger news than hearing it second hand but what the hell do I know, I may never see this truck this year anyway.

In the Long McArthur video linked above, he mentions Ford's constraint list having Tremor packages at 1-2% (~48:00). I'm guessing that has something to do with it, but at least it's only seen as temporary.

Sounds like a number of us Tremor orders with Co-Pilot Active are at Priority Code 02, hopefully it means we all get picked up around the same time.

My dealers new car manager said that info came from their zone rep. There was no mention to me the reason or how long the hold was expected to be. As someone else noted in the Long McArthur video, Tremor production seems pretty slow as it was. Would be nice to now how many Tremor orders are waiting to be built. I'll be checking with my dealer again next week if they don't contact me first. News usually happens Thursday-Friday.
