What exactly is the "Trailer Tow Package

There are 3 different subgroups referring to towing and every one of the seem to need/not need the trailer tow package which is a selectable option vs a requirement.

$1100 keeps clawing at the back ob my mind telling me I don't need it for the 10900 tow rating

I've heard it also includes the cooling systems needed for hauling the extra weight.

Still no confirmation from a person at Ford, but this was posted in that thread showing an increase in the cooling system.

Thank you... that's a good chart, but there is nothing listed for the Tremor which has the 3.5L Ecoboost with 3.73 gears 4x4 and 145.4 WB. Am I missing something?

The subtext applies to the engine regardless of the gearing, cab type or trim. Tremor specific numbers probably weren't out at the time of this publication, but since this covers the entirety of the F150 line, I would bet money it also applies to the Tremor. For $1090, I'd rather not take that chance, since this was one of my whole reasons for getting rid of my Raptor in the first place.

Some more info to help the mystery. I'm wondering if the back up assist knob and brake controller is missing from non-tow package Tremors? This chart says you can't tow more than 6000 without the 53A tow package. The tow package was only $445 more.

Non tow package tremors max trailer tow is 7000. Still I don't think anybody knows what's the difference from the a non tow package tremors vs tow package besides the trailer backup assist button.
