Where is the GPS Antenna in our Tremors?

I'm putting on a gfc camper that will cover the antenna on the rear of the roof.

I believe I'll lose Sirus radio as well as the hot spot...anything else I should be ready to lose?

I've gotten kind of fond of the ford navigation and it'd be cool if I could keep that functionality.
Google searches said prior models had the gps antenna in the dash, but I couldn't find anything for reference for our trucks.

There are two black bumps on the roof near the rear, one houses the modem and the other houses the serius xm antenna. So the setup I see there would block them. To what degree it would hamper the service I don't know.

I was under the impression that the modem was how the truck connected to cellular for the hot spot feature, prior docs say the gps antenna is in the dash on past F150's.

Not sure about our Tremors though, maybe it's also in one of those black bumps.

Well the modem would be for the cellular and the GPS is still under the dash from what I've seen.

It is also used for an OTA updates that ford sends out.
