I hope you all are enjoying your Tremor’s. I work at the Dearborn truck plant and I build your F-150s. I have a 2022 402a ordered and that I will be building myself and following it down the line. Than I can personally say “I built my truck myself.”

Just getting this out-of-the-way I won’t post or say anything the will risk my job. Anything I say or post is my own opinion and does not represent Ford motor company.

I bought one of the first Tremors to hit the dealerships in August. The drivers side door had a Ford Performance door sill plate. It was only on driver side door — as though they missed the passenger side. Later trucks coming out do not have the ford performance door sills. I wondered if it was the first truck off the line and the person responsible for the part put it on by mistake? I ended up buying another one for the passenger side.

The window Sticker has DRB-000001 in the upper left corner - is that the Tremor trim production number?

Alright I’ll be that guy. Get off the forum and get to building our trucks! We are getting unruly and impatient out here! I’m kidding. Welcome aboard. That’s pretty awesome you are in that position. Years ago my grandpa ordered a new Deere and he was able to watch them build it and even received a functional gold key for it. It was pretty awesome for him. No doubt that will be a lot of fun for you.

Nice! How awesome it is to say you built your own truck. If you can Id love to see the truck being built along the way.
BTW mine will be coming through the line the week of Dec 20. Let me know if you see it!

Fun stuff! If it is appropriate, are you aware of the front suspension angles/measurements with any links? If Ford did engineer the F150 Tremor to be modified, I want to work within those parameters to build mine readonably.

Haha, yes of course! No squeaks please.
I'm sure he is busy, and does see a few trucks a day!

@Medicmike, about how many trucks are completed on the F-150 production line a day, if you can say?

@alangfor We are currently on 22 production.
@Dmallen2010 & @yeti I mostly work with Raptors, but It seems like every 4 trucks on the line is a Tremor’s. About 500-650ish F-150s a shift so about 1,000-1200ish a day.

I can’t take any pictures yet still waiting to see if I can record myself building my own truck that I can post online.
