A couple of months ago I purchased a used 2022 Tremor with around 1,000 miles on the clock and I thought it had the 402A package but after looking around here and seeing pictures of other people's dash and features I realized I have a blank button where auto start/stop is. Does anyone know why this is, did I just make a mistake, and it's not a 402A or is it a factory mistake? If there are any other features that I should check to see if I have to find out which equipment group I have I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

When I ordered my 22 402a there was a $50 credit to remove auto start/stop. My buttons are identical.

Because of the chip shortage it was one of the options eliminated. I hated it on my 21 F150. Love the fact it's not on my 23 Tremor.

Thanks guys for the quick responses! that makes me feel better knowing I'm not missing out on anything!

You're probably also missing the heated steering wheel too. Mine was missing that and the stop/start.

Depends on the build date, earlier in the year still got it. Mine '22 was built in May and has heated/cooled seats and heated steering wheel.

Oh maybe. Mine was built in August 22 but it’s a 23 model.
’23s didn’t go into production until late October early November 2022 if I recall correctly. My 22 started assembly on 8/18/2022. If your vin has N in the 9th place it’s a 2022. If it has P, it’s a 23.

I went out and looked. My build was 10/22.

What type of LED headlights do you have?
How about the seating surface?
Cloth or leather.

I have leather seats and the headlights do a dance every time I start the truck

Yes, you definitely have the 402A Package.
While the leather seats can be added by an owner afterwards for not much money, the dynamic LED headlights are a dead giveaway that you have a 402A TREMOR.

How’s the Rivian?
It looks like a very cool and interesting EV.

I have read the Rivian is having reliability issues in current state. I wonder how accurate that is.
