Winch Wiring Tips

Just picked up a Badlands Apex 12000lbs. winch today and looking for any advice/tips/tricks for wiring it up. I'd like to have it hooked up to one of the uplifter switches so it doesn't constantly have power.

Warn, scorpion and a few others have high current relays. I have the warn that's waiting to be installed. Just make sure whichever relay you get is high enough forbyour highest current draw for your winch.
