Window lock button, only locks rear windows, not front passenger?

I could’ve sworn the window lock button prevents all windows from being operated except for the drivers window in every car I’ve ever had with that option. On my Tremor the front passenger still has full use whether window lock is activated or not. Maybe I’m wrong and it’s my middle age memory or lack there of.

Is this normal?

If it is normal, it shouldn't be. My 07 locks all but driver's window. It works great when my wife decides to fart in the truck right after she gets in. I lock her window and roll mine down.....
