Wireless Apple CarPlay

I have a 22 Tremor. I've noticed while parked I can do through Apple Carplay / music/ Artist / right margin / 2 arrows, A-Z, #/. When you touch the "A-Z, #" the screen shows the alphabet and you (or your passenger) can search for the artist.
But, if the Tremor is moving the option "A-Z, #" between the arrows is not available.

But, wireless Apple Carplay on Kenwood on another on of my vehicles works perfectly when sitting still or moving.

Anyone experience this and is there a fix for this through Sync 4?

I would say that this is an embedded safety feature in Sync. I know that in the Forscan thread they have found that many of the 'safety' features are not changeable.
