Aux switch wiring?

I just can't find the wiring inside the fuse box area. ANy tips on how to find them
I finally found the inside AUX wiring. I attached the exterior wiring to the inside lead, but I don't know where to ground for the inside. Anyone know where we can ground inside near the fuse box

there is a body ground right next to the fuse box(door side)

Thank you, but wow is it hard to access. I have not even figured out what bolt side it is yet. Any tips of getting this thing off.

Does anyone know where the interior auxilary wiring is? In my 2023, it was near the foot of the front passenger but this 2024 Tremor looks a lot different in that compartment.

Sorry, no idea in the 2024. Hopefully someone knows!

So the wiring is in the same place but really tucked up in there. The fuse box is a bit lower and covered by the kicker panel so I removed several panels to make the install easier. I wish I had a tool or knew how to remove that plate that wraps 90° before the plate people step on as you’re exiting the vehicle. Apologies as I don’t know the terms for any of these pieces. It’s all still there but a pain to get to.

Never understood why they put the switches in to make things easy then bury the “blank”out of the wires

Anyone else out there blow a fuse on one of the auxiliary switches, while being no where near the rated amperage for that switch? I was running 4 Pro SS3's which is 10.8A on Aux 2, good for 15A. If I'm understanding the way Diode Dynamics measures their amperage, that's just the start up amp draw, and should drop off dramatically after start up. Kinda annoying if you ask me!

My harness for my SS3s draw power from the battery then have 2 AUX switches for main light / backlight. How do you swap between the two if you are pulling power from the aux switch

i found fuse #4 to be blown one time and it had 4 rock lights and 2 ssc1 sport pods on it. less than the 10A limit. i swapped the fuse and havent had any issues since. not sure what happened. maybe there was some water somewhere that caused a short at some point.

you would just have the backlight wire tied into its own aux switch to provide direct power to the backlight.

if anyone was ever wondering what the 15 amp fuse looks like for Aux 2, it's the guy on the left. Got the guy on the right from Amazon and although it looks different, it still fits, and has a nice little viewing window on top!
